Registration and Account
Certain services require creating a user account with a valid mobile number capable of receiving verification messages.
Users are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and password.
All activities conducted via the account, including orders, payments, and reviews, are the responsibility of the account holder.
Users are advised to change their password periodically and not share it with any third party.
Orders and Prices
All prices, offers, and discounts are determined solely by the restaurant and may be changed at any time without prior notice from the App.
The App does not guarantee the availability of all products at all times, and users must verify availability before confirming an order.
Estimated preparation time is determined by the restaurant and may vary depending on workload or restaurant circumstances.
Any discrepancy between the order price during payment and the listed price is the responsibility of the restaurant and must be communicated to the user before confirming the order.
Payment
Electronic payments are processed through a trusted and approved payment service provider to ensure data security.
The App does not store bank card information on its servers or devices.
Any financial dispute between the user, restaurant, or payment provider shall be resolved according to the policies of the restaurant or payment provider.
Using any fake, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment method is strictly prohibited, and Management reserves the right to take legal action in such cases.
Restaurant Responsibility
Restaurants bear full responsibility for the quality and safety of the products offered and for ensuring that orders match the details presented on the App.
Restaurants are responsible for the preparation time and readiness of the order before the customer arrives.
Any health or material damages resulting from the products are the sole responsibility of the restaurant, and the App bears no liability.
Restaurants must comply with the health and food safety laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
