- The App bears no financial responsibility except in the case of a proven technical error caused by the App itself.
Reviews and Content
- Users may review restaurants after receiving their orders.
- Reviews must be honest, objective, and free from offensive, defamatory, or harmful content.
- Management reserves the right to remove or modify any content violating these policies.
- User-generated content (comments, photos, ratings) may be used to improve the service while maintaining privacy.
Limitation of Liability
- The App is not liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from using the App or products.
- The App is not responsible for delays in order preparation or issues related to food quality.
- Temporary service interruptions due to maintenance or updates do not constitute App liability.
- The App is not responsible for damages resulting from force majeure events or circumstances beyond its control.
Intellectual Property
- All intellectual property rights related to the App, including its design, content, and software, are the exclusive property of App Management.
- No part of the App’s content may be reused or reproduced without prior written permission from the Management.
Amendments to the Terms
- Management reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
- Continued use of the App after any modification constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Saudi courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from the use of the App.
